ABOUT
Attorney John O'Leary has over 25 years of criminal and civil litigation experience in the District and Superior Courts of Massachusetts. He has worked both sides of the aisle in each area of the law -- prosecuting and defending hundreds of criminal and civil cases to verdict. He knows how the other side thinks, how they prepare, and how to optimize your chances of winning at trial.
As an Assistant District Attorney and as an Assistant Attorney General, Attorney O'Leary investigated and litigated a diverse array of misdemeanors and felonies, from street crimes and gang activities to complex white-collar fraud cases. In private practice, he has defended multinational insurance companies and insureds in defeating exaggerated and non-existent bodily injury claims, as well as fraudulent theft and property damage claims.
As a private practitioner of law, Attorney O'Leary is able to apply his decades of experience in courtrooms throughout the state to helping individuals achieve the best possible outcome for their litigation.
